In the past 20 years, Mr. Eadie has been actively involved in public resource companies raising over $100 million dollars for various projects around the world. Over the years, Mr. Eadie has built an impressive network of contacts in Europe, North America and Asia and has established a reputation as the catalyst behind various successful start-up resource companies. He brings extensive marketing and public relations expertise to the board and makes executive decisions based on long term sustainable growth. Mr. Eadie advocates open dialogue between management, directors, and shareholders as a key ingredient to success. Mr. Eadie resides in Mexico City. He is a predominant business figure, family man and compassionate community member. Gary Arca - CFO & DIRECTOR
Mr. Arca is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants and British Columbia Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants since 1980. Mr. Arca was a partner with two separate public accounting firms from 1996 to December 2005. Mr. Arca has extensive experience dealing with public companies and, since 2005, has served as a director of many publicly traded resource companies. Mr. Arca is directly responsible for the corporate, regulatory and governance of Starcore along with the daily financial operations of the mine
Brian Gusko - DIRECTOR
Mr. Brian Gusko holds an MBA from the University of Calgary and has attended the European Summer School of Advanced Management. With over 15 years of experience in capital markets, he has successfully helped raise more than $75 million for various enterprises. He has served on the boards of several private and public companies and has held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for multiple organizations.
Early in his career, Mr. Gusko worked internationally as a research associate with the U.S.
Department of Commerce. He later held a corporate planning position with a Mitsubishi Group company in Tokyo and worked in product management at a Vodafone spinoff in the Netherlands. Mr. Gusko co-founded an international telecom infrastructure company that now holds telecom infrastructure assets across South America. Mr. Gusko also previously ran a division of Canada's Telus Communications Inc. and in 2014 Mr. Gusko sat on the Board of Directors of the world's first cryptocurrency focused company on a regulated stock exchange, and which owned under its umbrella cryptocurrency exchanges, crypto mining operations, crypto ATMs and more. Throughout his career, Mr. Gusko has facilitated the interlisting of over ten companies on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and has assisted numerous firms in accessing the German capital markets.
Cole Goodwin - FINANCE
Cole Goodwin is an accomplished entrepreneur and finance professional with over a decade of expertise in cryptocurrency, traditional finance, and business leadership. He manages cryptocurrency mining operations and provides strategic insight into crypto mining and artificial intelligence (A.I.) applications with a focus on trading algorithms.
As a regular speaker at technology conferences, he shares his knowledge of blockchain and A.I.-driven innovation. He uses A.I.-directed trading algorithms aimed at enhancing investment outcomes, while using his deep industry experience. Beyond finance, Mr. Goodwin mentors entrepreneurs, having previously built a tower construction business that employed 35 people daily with up to 4 towers under management simultaneously at its peak. His diverse skills and visionary approach establishes him as a prominent figure in the dynamic field of digital finance.
